Description Blue Calcite is a calcium carbonate mineral and can range in colour from light to mid-grey toned blue. This large blue calcite sphere is a beautiful mid-blue in colour. Like all calcites, it is are good for memory and learning, so they are an excellent stone for students to have on their desks. Blue calcite is a stone of rest and relaxation and also helps to soothe frayed nerves and worry. All crystals and minerals are one-offs; this means that each one can look different. So, for this reason, I have photographed the actual stones I have in stock so that you can choose the one you would most like. I have placed a standard-size tin next to the sphere so that you can get a proper idea of the size.
