This version correctly omits the tabs for the engine absorber paperboard, which were only introduced later with the Oval Window Beetle.It represents the later Split Beetle design, featuring the correct indentation for the right-side heater box.Constructed from 1mm sheet metal and equipped with a spot-welded “C” channel for the engine compartment seal, this panel replicates all the fine details of the original factory piece—ideal for authentic restorations.
